WELCOME TO THE SOUTH MANCHESTER WEEKEND GROUP
We meet at 9.30am outside Chorlton Street Coach Station, in Manchester
city centre. Our day finishes by 5.00pm.
Most people wait on Chorlton Street, at the bus shelter, opposite the
coach station. Look out for a white transit minibus with green writing.
Please phone us the day before if you want to meet us on site, as last
minute changes are sometimes unavoidable.
On each project day there is an experienced leader and free tea, coffee
and biscuits. BTCV offers weekend projects and working holidays
worldwide and there are other midweek groups at Bolton, Bury & Rochdale,
Vale Royal and Warrington. Please phone the office for details.

Spring Watch day
We will be working at
this event at the Walled
Garden in Wythenshaw
Park. The aim of the day
is to recreate the
vegetable beds and fruit
trees that once fed the
people of the Hall. We
will be creating
habitats for wildlife
and restoring paths.
