[Netnews-action] ADMIN: seasonal arrangements

Due to the wrong type of electrons in the wires, there will be only a
limited Networking Newsletter service for the next week. So anybody who
has events in the remainder of Dec or urgent news should post direct to
  netnews-action at lists.rbgi.net
and we'll do our best to approve them quickly. 

Also note that as of Tuesday, this will be the *only* working email
address for the Networking Newsletter. Any of you who've not updated
your address books/emailing lists etc should do so now.
