Yaqub launches her first major solo exhibition, Refuge: Testimonies of a
Lost Home, at Gallery Oldham. Refuge, initiated by Shisha, the
international agency for contemporary South Asian crafts and visual
arts, in partnership with Gallery Oldham, is a visually stunning and
thought-provoking exhibition about the concept of home and the
experience of political migration. The gallery is open Monday to
