[Netnews-action] 22-25 June: vegan fitness activity week

The Vegan Fitness Activity Week is an initiative of the veganfitness.net 
online vegan sport community which seeks to provide a supportive, 
educational and friendly environment for vegans, vegetarians and people 
seeking to go vegetarian/vegan, the special focus is on vegan sport and 
nutrition.

The goal of the board is to become an active and thriving community of 
people sharing information, learning from each other and empowering 
themselves in the process, so arranging 4 days of non-stop activity is a 
way of supporting these goals.

4 Days of sport, in Manchester (UK) have been planned, the program includes 
aerobics classes like Spin, Circuits and Aerobox. Yoga, Pilates is also 
being offered. We haven't forgotten the Great Outdoors, and activities 
include mountain biking, rock clmbing and hikes in the Peak District..

For weightlifters there is the ' Vegan Weightlifting/Powerlifting 
Championships' and a strongman/woman event.

costs GBP15 per bike for a days hire.

*All instructors are offering their tuition for free, the only costs are 
for venue and equipment hire.*
